Camping

 Enjoy the seclusion and picturesque location on the banks of the beautiful Hastings River. The camping area has plenty of room to pitch your tent, set up your camper trailer or create a caravan city with friends.

There's easy accesses for swimming and fishing in the river - bring your kayak or inflatable to enjoy the rapids too! The camping area does not have power so prepare to switch off during your visit. There are council toilets located at the top of the hill next to the pub. 

If you are planning to camp with a group of more than 10 people, please call ahead to let us know you are coming. Once you arrive, check in at the pub to get the gate code and pay your fee, which is $10 per person, per night. We can't save spots though, so get in nice and early during busy periods like Christmas and Easter.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you but must be on a lead on the pub grounds. Under supervision they can be off lead in the camping area. Just let us know if your 4 legged friend is visiting when you check in.
